Goats

Goats were among some of the first animals to be domesticated by humans. Goats have four-chambered stomachs, and both male and female goats have beards. Most of them have two horns on their head, which are made of bone and proteins like keratin. They typically live to be around 15 to 18 years old. Goats are very good at climbing, and they also produce milk. Goat milk can be made into butter, cheese, and more. A baby goat is called a kid.

Pictured to the right is one of our goats, Bonnie taking some time to relax.
